Benjamin J. Swaine, CPA, CVA, has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in accounting (Lawrence Institute of Technology) with over 25 years of local and national public accounting experience. His audit experience includes governmental units, not-for-profit organizations and manufacturing companies. He specializes in services to small and medium-sized manufacturing and wholesalers in the building, electronics and automotive industry. In addition, he is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), assisting clients and their legal representatives in valuing businesses for estate and gift taxes, dissenting stockholder actions and mergers and acquisitions.
